Irish Bridal Makeup was established by Dublin born makeup artist Ciara Lynch.
Ciara Lynch founded Irish Bridal Makeup to bring her extensive talent and experience to brides (and grooms!) on their wedding days. A Dublin native, Ciara’s 10-year career as a professional makeup artist spans both the Irish and North American film industry.
She has received a nomination for a Canadian Leo Award and in January 2022 was nominated for a Guild Award in Los Angeles for her work on the Netflix series The Baby-Sitters Club. Most recently she worked on Vikings: Valhalla and high-profile films featuring Sandra Bullock, Viola Davis, Sarah Wayne Callies, Josh Holloway and Goldie Hawn, among others.
Ciara specialises in attention to detail. With the current nature of HD filming there is no room for error and Ciara brings that careful eye to every makeup look she creates. She understands the subtleties of making a face look flawless in real life and on camera, using this precision to make up famous faces including Alicia Silverstone and Dove Cameron amongst others.
Ciara’s background in film taught her tricks of the trade that she brings to her bridal makeup. She understands lighting and photography, can perfectly hide blemishes and cover tattoos, and offers male grooming which includes beard filling and subtle corrective makeup for men.
As a bespoke brow artist, Ciara specialises in threading and tinting which can be included in one of her bridal packages for the ultimate polished look.
